Holiday Patties



Blend in blender until creamy:
½ C raw almonds
½ C water

Pour into bowl. Add and mix well
4 C cooked brown rice
2½ T nutritional yeast flakes
2½ T McKay’s chicken seasoning
1½ C ground raw cashews
1 lb tofu, drained and crumbled
1 t garlic salt
1 t onion salt
¼ C dried onions
1¼ C nut or soymilk
1 C quick oats
1 t dried parsley flakes

Spoon mixture to skillet without adding oil. Shape into patties on skillet.
Heat the mixture until golden-brown. Serve with ketchup or desired sauce.

Alternative:
Spoon mixture into a loaf pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375°F for 1-1½ hours or till golden. When done transfer it to a platter by placing the platter upside down on top of the pan and turning both over together. Garnish as desired.
